Originating from the Rhine Valley, the Rhine Riesling has found a perfect home in the Cembra Valley: for decades, these suited slopes have allowed the identity of this refined grape variety to be maximized. Along the slopes facing south, the sunlit grapes synthesize unique aromas that are preserved by the marked temperature variations of the alpine valleys.
The straw-yellow color is enriched with subtle greenish reflections. The bouquet is delicate and releases the characteristic aromas of candied fruit and carob. The taste is fruity and savory, supported by a pleasant acidity. This Riesling expresses itself best after a few months of aging in the bottle.
